Eligibility:
Foresight Bank (and any Foresight Bank Division) giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, unless otherwise stated in the specific giveaway post.
No purchase or banking relationship is necessary to enter or win. A purchase, account, loan, or other business relationship with Foresight Bank does not increase your chances of winning.
Employees of Foresight Bank, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.
All giveaways are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and are void where prohibited.
Agreement to Official Rules:
By entering a Foresight Bank giveaway, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Foresight Bank, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.
Giveaway Period:
The beginning and ending dates and times for each giveaway will be stated in the applicable social media post. Entries submitted outside the designated giveaway period will not be eligible.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must complete the actions described in the applicable giveaway post. This may include:
- Liking the post
- Following Foresight Bank's social media account
- Commenting on the post
- Sharing the post (when applicable)
- Any additional instructions outlined in the giveaway announcement
Unless otherwise stated, participants are limited to one entry per person per social media platform.
Use of multiple accounts, automated systems, bots, or any other method intended to gain an unfair advantage may result in disqualification.
Prizes:
Prize details, approximate retail value, and the number of winners will be listed in the giveaway announcement.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted except at the sole discretion of Foresight Bank.
Any taxes or expenses associated with accepting a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries unless otherwise specified.
Selected winners will be contacted through the social media platform used for entry or by another contact method provided during entry.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, or is found to be ineligible, Foresight Bank reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Publicity Release:
By accepting a prize, winners grant Foresight Bank permission to use their first name, hometown, likeness, photographs, or submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Rights to Submitted Content:
If a giveaway requires participants to submit photos, videos, stories, or other original content, participants affirm that they own the rights to the submitted material.
By entering, participants grant Foresight Bank a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes.
General Conditions:
Foresight Bank reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate any giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
Foresight Bank also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Violates these Official Rules
- Attempts to tamper with the entry process
- Uses fraudulent entry methods
- Acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner
Limitation of Liability:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Foresight Bank, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Foresight Bank is not responsible for:
- Technical malfunctions
- Lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries
- Network or internet failures
- Human or technical errors in the administration of the giveaway
Privacy:
Information collected through a giveaway will be used solely for administering the promotion and in accordance with Foresight Bank's Privacy Policy.
Governing Law:
These Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
